Join Baluji Shrivastav OBE, Fereshteh Khosroujerdy and Ziad Sinno from the Inner Vision Orchestra live online as they play Music From the East at the beautiful hall at St John’s Church Waterloo, part of a series of Blind Spot events supported by the Arts Council. Not long now until we can all meet again in person!
Baluji is an Indian multi instrumentalist, composer and the Musical Director of the Inner Vision Orchestra - the UK’s only professional orchestra of blind musicians. Singer, Fereshteh is originally from Iran and one of the BBCs 100 women and Ziad is originally from Lebanon and plays oud, Arabic violin, keyboards and is also a vocalist. Together they are the Inner Vision Eastern Trio and recently featured on Baluji’s album Indian Classical Interactions from Arc/Naxos Music. This series of Blind Spot musical events is brought to you in collaboration with St John’s Church Waterloo and courtesy of the Arts Council. We want to see more performances by talented blind musicians across the UK and around the world!
